A little bit about me..

Hi 👋 for those of you who don't know me.. my name is Naomi Lewin and I am a Remedial MassageTherapist at .living offering my services to you out of within .collective along side these amazing wellness warrior's 🤗❤️‍🔥

My passion for all things health and fitness has been for as long as I can remember.
Growing up surrounded by natural remedies. My Dad was a Deep Muscle Therapist for 25yrs amongst other therapies such as herbal remedies, hydrotherapy, essential oils and Tesla's technology working with the emotional and electrical (vibrational) systems of the body.

Or though I haven't always been in this field, it does come naturally for me. I feel in alignment with my values and driven to helping others heal through understanding movement patterns, and releasing blockages so you can have access to your bodies full potential, move freely and most of all.. Be pain free! 🙏

I guess you could say we all have our own hero's journey.. something that lead us to want to do or be who we are today.
My experiences and dealing with my own pain and imbalances caused by a traumatic event.. Alongside my determination to continue doing what I love. Discovering my boundaries of discomfort and finding ways and other professionals to support my body to continue on.

My why? Longevity.. preservation! And because I fu***ng love this s**t! I love to feel good! Alive! Capable.. and just a little bit super human 💪😜
And I wanna feel this way for as long as possible 🙏

My mission is to help you be the best most capable version of you 🙏

Taking my cooking skills to the next level 😂

I always take pride in my work. Quality products is a absolute must in my books!

Something I can guarantee to all my clients is quality massage oil! They say the skin is the largest organ in/on the body.. so we should treat it as such. What we put on our skin matters. It is also a great way to absorb the many healing benefits of pure essential oils.

Pictured below in the making is my new product OsteoEase massage balm. Designed to relax and soothe tired stressed muscles.
