Made this recipe weeks ago and froze leftovers. Arrived at Yalgoo Caravan Park to a cold, windy and wet, afternoon. So good that all we had to do was defrost, bonus cauliflower rice was also with it.

One batch of Basic Chocolate Cupcake mix made 24 mini plus 7 muffin sized cupcakes.
I used the Cupcake Pen from Thermomix to fill the patty pans which made it so much faster and cleaner.
Now to ice them for our Orchid Show this weekend.
