👏Well done to all the champs who competed this weekend in the Tiger Tracks Gravel Race in beautiful Nannup!!!…

It was great to finish my first week in my new clinic room & then head off down south with my family to cheer on two lovely people I know riding 80kms on the gravel trails in Nannup! 🙌👏❤️

Well done to everyone! You’re all amazing & no doubt there will be some sore glutes today ☺️

I know my passion! ❤️
I have so many and now it’s bringing it all together into one place to manifest the next chapter to bring health and well-being through the lense of an ordinary person figuring out life and learning along the way!!
Helping people is a passion of mine and creating a platform where I can lean in and be myself in order to inspire others is just the starting point in a long list of goals!
The last 12 years of professional and personal life have shaped me and as I grow, I continue to learn everyday… my only problem is, waiting for the right time and quite frankly there isn’t one…. So I’m jumping in and and creating what needs to get out of my head…. 🤔
I want to inspire others that no matter who you are, I see you!
