Absolutely loved my training weekend in Bali! 🌴🏖️🌞

It was both a weekend of professional development/ continued education AND a self care retreat for a great bunch of remedial and myo therapists from around Australia 🙌🏼

Made some awesome friends and memories 💖

Loved our goodie bags, such a kind surprise! A trigger point ball, rocktape, premax (its the GOAT!) sunscreen that came in handy for the rest of our holiday and a classic Bintang stubby holder haha 👌🏼
