You know what my favourite part about working with young girls is?

Yes their excitement, their willingness to lean in, their enthusiasm to ask questions & join in on the powerful conversations…

But most of all, it’s how influential they are 💫

In their online world of social media, toxic messaging & beauty standards, this can be really 😣 hard 😣 for them to navigate and way too easy to be influenced in a negative way, but when WE (their real life role models) can teach them to know their worth, to see their bodies for how incredible they really are, to highlight their strengths & help them recognise their magic… it can be life changing for them 🥹

Our tweens & teens WANT to learn how to love themselves and their beautiful bodies, they just need the right guidance to get them there ✨
Please don’t ever underestimate YOUR influence on the young girls around you 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Gosh if only younger Asha could see the incredible people she would one day get to share a stage with. If only she knew that her story & her vulnerability would become her superpower. If only she knew she’d develop the confidence to present to young people all over the country 🥹

I know this is a big call, but I’m calling it…

My favourite talk EVER 🥹✨

A local school asked me to come and keynote a mother daughter evening for their year 5-12 girls.

When I walked in to the auditorium and saw 130+ seats filled, mostly with young girls aged 9, 10, 11 years old, I instantly knew it was going to be special.

The way these girls listened, shared so vulnerably their challenges & the pressures they feel, the way their beautiful mummas wrapped their arms around them, asked questions and were so appreciative… 💓 I felt this overwhelming feeling of *THIS* is the work I am meant to be doing. A knowing of *this* work is really making a difference 🙏🏼

And the number of requests I’ve had since for more mother/daughter events! Makes me feel so excited & so grateful to be trusted in this space 🌸

What an honour it was to present to the Y9/10 girls at MCC today 💓💓

Confidence boost for our Year 9 and Year 10 girls

Year 9 and Year 10 girls attended an essential session with guest speaker Asha Holland. She is an award-winning Confidence Coach and Body Image Educator and a proud mother of two children with one on the way! Her workshops and positive coaching messages have impacted the lives of thousands of women worldwide. The aim was to leave our students empowered, inspired and educated for their future.

International Women’s Day 2025 ✨

Wow.
I used to DREAM of the opportunity to speak in front of a room full of empowered women.
I used to think to myself “one day” I hope I get to share my story.
I hope I can be a part of the change for women.

Last week I was honoured to keynote not one but two incredibly inspiring IWD events. 100+ strong women, of all ages, eager to learn how to reclaim their inner confidence 💓

We laughed, we cried, we talked about our bodies, the beauty industry, diet culture, our self-worth, the sneaky Inner Mean Girl, and how to take our power back!! 👊🏼

I will never ever take this work for granted 🥹

I’m so proud of all of them, of every woman out there working on herself, of the change we are making, of my younger self, and of YOU, the best community of women ever (in my opinion) 🥰🥰

Special thanks to the Shire of Dandaragan for bringing me to Jurien Bay, it was magic 🌊 How’s the last photo of the moon!?!
