Last week we ran our first Breath Sound Light event at the WA museum and it was so so beautiful.
The incredible old building holding everyone under the bones of a 100 year old whale suspended from the ceiling took my breath away (pun intended) when I first saw it.
It was so special to bring my passion of breathwork together with my great friend passion of sound frequency healing. You are so talented and your music is just so incredibly special.
I really enjoyed the challenge of a larger group and interacting with the new faces in the room. Sharing a lighter style of breathwork than I usually do, everyone embraced it at their own depth and I was still amazed by the level of presence everyone was able to access within their bodies.
Thank you to all the supporters who came and gave up their own time to hold everyone who came in such love and care. You guys are the epitome of selfless love and are the reason we are even able to bring these events to light.
Also a special mention to mich_tclark for the light show, .wilson for didgeridoo, for being our amazing MC and to for your incredible words throughout the event.
It was an absolute honour sharing this event with you all and look forward to sharing it again in the near future.
I cannot wait until the next one.
