- 🦮Sniffing out the good stuff 🦮-
The world seems pretty bleak if you’re on social media at the moment. 😬🫠😢
Middle East war, cost of living crisis, fuel shortages, high interest rates, car jackings, machete attacks, the list goes on…
I took our dog Maggie for a walk and it struck me that she’s oblivious to all that (obviously, she’s a dog! 🤦🏻♂️🤣)
More importantly she’s excited to be active, smelling the roses (poles) meeting new people and dogs, getting a pat, or a little food treat!
Simple pleasures make her tail wag!!
Neuro science research suggests focussing on the present, having gratitude for the good things in our life, being active, being social, getting a pat (massage or chiro adjustment 😜) are all beneficial to improving our mental wellbeing!
So what I’d love to know are what are the little things that are making your tail wag this week?!

For me:
1: I played music at a wedding on the weekend and everyone had a great time, the dance floor was pumping, love was in the air! 🥰
2: I’m meeting some new clients this week that have been referred in by other happy clients, it’s great to be trusted by the community to look after loved ones! 🥰
3: I did the lawns, and they look great! 👍🏻
4: the kids had a Belmont market stall and sold some of their old stuff so now they’re “rich” 🤣🤣🤣
5: I did some PD on the weekend with a specialist TMJ/Jaw chiropractor and I feel like the info will definitely help people who see me for jaw issues! 🥳
