Well it’s been a hot little minute since I’ve made any posts. After our beloved Charli went over the Rainbow Bridge🌈, I became quite unwell with a few alignments thrown at me all at once, which meant my body, mind and spirit were forced to stop and do some deep healing and from that forced rest and inner work I am now back in full swing. Thank you to all my beautiful clients that had to reschedule and a couple that had to reschedule the rescheduled 😁
✨New hours during the week are now from 5.15pm (only during winter) Saturdays are generally 8am/10am/12pm and 2pm. Please reach out if you would like to book in for a Sunday session✨

14 years today since dad transitioned. Grief of losing a loved one never seems to go away really does it? Personally I feel the depth of the grief sometimes can feel less and less over time and then sometimes it can smack bang you in the heart and throat. And there are many many manyyyyy layers of grief for each soul that experiences grief and no one persons grief should ever be invalided or shunned or shut down or compared. And if we do this our physical bodies could possibly react in a meta physical way of ill-ness and dis-ease. And that we don't want!! Its interesting this week, how grief has shown up and allowed me to hold space for some beautiful clients to help navigate their own grief. Perhaps its a validation for me to actually also allow grief to show up, witness it, acknowledge it and let it flow out in however way it feels and then to ask grief to step aside now and allow joy to be present more and more each day. Sending much love and grace to those struggling with grief...please know that you are never alone and you are much loved. xoxo
