Loved making this epic raspberry cake ❤️ she was half and half, white choc mud with raspberries, and red velvet, layered with raspberry sauce and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Who can guess how many punnets of raspberries I used??? 😅

Thank you for following along, and ordering cakes for your special occasions 🥰 I get such a kick out of all the chats and love behind every order, and then just love creating a cake that will sit beautifully in your celebration, and of course taste absolutely delicious!!! 2 more cakes for the year.. next is for a dear friend’s 40th 🥳 and then a bucket list wedding cake design 🤗 can’t wait, then taking it VERY slow in Jan ☺️ ✌🏻

Simple and elegant, but still loads of cake to go around. White choc mud with raspberries, filled with raspberry sauce and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Piping on a white cake with black icing though… 😫 stressful with a capital S!!!!!

Took my assistants for a drive out to and they thought it was just the best location 😉
