My name is Wendy and I am a small business owner and manager with 10 years experience in bookkeeping, administration and recently commercial property management. Locally based in Townsville, North Queensland, I am implementing Plan Management services to assist and support NDIS participants to manage their NDIS plan funding. I'm passionate about supporting participants Australia wide to gain control over their finances and NDIS plan management. My services include:
✔️ the financial administration of a participants plan, which is included in a participant’s plan, but is separate to the reasonable and necessary funding of a participant’s NDIS disability supports;
✔️ and plan and financial management capacity building supports, which are subject to a participant’s individual
circumstances, ‘capacity building and training in plan and financial management’ may be included in the plan as a reasonable and necessary funded support. Funding for this support is separate to funding included in a participant’s plan for plan management services and is claimed at an hourly rate. The approval process of assigning necessary and adequate supports to your NDIS plan, can be overwhelming. The NDIS offer Plan Management to participants as separate funding to your existing plan, therefore none of your supports are affected by adding Plan Management. PM's assist with and manage the ongoing payments, communication and reporting that is required to maintain your services. An agreement with me will give you piece of mind that your providers are paid promptly and your claims are processed accurately. A monitored budget and monthly statements will provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your NDIS plan.
