Take care of your “gut garden” by weeding, seeding and feeding the gut 🙏🥰🪴 Here’s a few tips for you; 1. Limit sugar intake 2. Reduce refined starches and grains 3. Eat more plant based fibre 4. Eat adequate protein 5. Balance your fats 6. Eat lightly 7. Beware of self medicating 8. Keep hydrated 9. Love your food and then 10. Every now and then enjoy (80-20 ) rule.
