Modern life is mineral expensive.
We’ve all been there. Chasing the symptoms. Normalising the fixable. The fatigue, poor sleep, the burnout, whilst fuelling ourselves on coffee and going in circles.

None of that is normal. Once you get out of the ‘normal’ you can look back and see the depletion. Our body has been compensating and we have been putting up with these symptoms, instead of treating the depletion.

It can stop now. You’re not broken. You need replenishing.

Roll ups with 1 ingredients couldn’t be simpler!
I can understand why my parents didn’t let me have them as a kid and am kind of grateful.

When you check out the ingredients…even though they celebrate that they are made from real fruit on be packaging…. 🙄 that’s clearly not all….
The first is Maltodextrin (sugar), then 24% is fruit puree, 3% real fruit, some ‘natural flavours’ which you would think would be the fruit, so what exactly are these?
Some emulsifiers, vegetable gums and food acids for just a bit more processed crap. And they call this food.
All in all a total of 22 ingredients!!!

When I made them with ONE!
I made plum ones but you can adjust them however, the stone fruits and apples and pears are great as they naturally have a lot of pectin so set well. But you can play around with your favourite flavour combos!

All I did was halve the plums, cook them until soft.
Blitz. Spread onto baking paper, about 2mm thick. Dehydrate in the oven (or a dehydrator) 1-2 hours.
Cool completely (I whacked mine in the fridge)
Cut into strips.
Roll.
Add to the lunchbox for a nice little surprise.

Postpartum isn’t just about rest. It’s about rebalancing the body, the minerals that were so heavily utilised during pregnancy and are vital for recovery and breastfeeding.

If you feel like you’re in survival mode, particularly if months or even years later, this is a sign the body is crying out for mineral support.

New mums who use mineral support notice stable energy, calmer moods, better stress tolerance, stronger hair, skin and nails and are generally more resilient in this demanding period.

Baby is always prioritised in this period, so don’t sacrifice yourself. Rebuild at the cellular level.

Busy mums, I’ve got you. I needed a quick lunchbox snack that I can throw together in mins while was happily chatting. No bake. One bowl. Chuck it all in. Into the freezer and done!
Wham bam Thankyou maam!

This recipe is very versatile so you could adjust to your preferences, use honey instead of maple syrup or even add in some dried cranberries.

2 cups puffed quinoa spelt or rice (I used quinoa)
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds (almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower)
½ cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)
¼ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp collagen powder

Mix altogether, mix place into a lined tray and freeze for 1 hour or until set.
