So last weekend I did my sound bath training and took on so much beautiful energy and learning. This weekend I and back in the classroom learning about all things kids yoga and what and how it can and will help all the young people. Today is the first day of training and my mind is blown.

Hey all just wanted to jump on and give everyone an update.
First the change of name to include what is coming.
I have now completed my sound bath training and super keen to shear with you all.
Today I am heading back to Melbourne to do my kids yoga teaching and I cannot wait to get back and get into helping the kids with mental health and fitness.

So update on what is going on, I have put an add on a FB page for an Au Pair to help with the kids so I can get this little passion of mine up and running.
