I have used a few natural toothpastes but am loving one.
It is made with plant & mineral-based ingredients that are all naturally derived.
It contains Magnolia Bark Extract & Kanuka Oil, which offer antibacterial, anti-inflammatory & antiseptic properties.

Sunday breakie 👌
As I have recently changed the way I eat to work on my gut health & digestion I now always fast for a minimum of around 14hrs to allow my digestion time to do it's thing.
So breakie for me now is around 9-10am.
I still wake between 4-5am daily & sip on herbal teas up until my 1st meal.
So eating lettuce & vegies, bit of protein & some good fats for my 1st meal doesn't seem strange at all.
In fact I'm LOVING IT!
I feel fuller & more satisfied & this simple meal gets me through for the whole morning.
I'm not hungry at all or standing infront of the cupboard looking for that next sugar hit.
I've also been experimenting with pushing that fast out to 16-18hrs once a week with great results.
More energy, mind is clearer & my digestion system feels great!
I've also been adding in some form of fermented food daily to really help with my gut.
I'm loving the different flavoured sauerkrauts.
You can make your own or find many options in your supermarket just make sure it's organic 😁

So let's talk household products.

These 2 are my new favs for around the kitchen & bathroom!

Available from mainstream supermarkets. Will probably be on the top shelf away from eyesight.

Now if you're saying "oh they're to expensive" well a) they're not when it comes to your overall health b) they often go on special so I usually buy up then!

If you ask my kid's I was the QUEEN of Glen 20..I've even been known to follow them & spray after them!
Let's face it kid's are grubby especially teenage boy's.
We recently had the kid's (I say kid's but they are all over the age of 17) bathroom renovated so for a few weeks they were using my bathroom & toilet (eek). I went to town with the Glen 20 pretty much spraying every time they had been in my bathroom & toilet. Went for my regular visit to my Natropath & as he was analyzing my live blood cells he was like "Woah have you been exposing yourself to extra toxins lately?" Your blood has changed alot in 2weeks.
I told him about my Glen 20 addiction & that I was also using Dettol wipes daily in the kitchen at that time as well.
He was like "Well you have to change that"
I think seeing the difference in my blood cells from previous times was a wake up call. I had always tried to be conscious of what washing detergent, hand washes, dishwashing liquid etc we used but still would use the Dettol wipes & Glen 20 (stupid I know).
So I made the change to everything in our household being 100% free from all the nasty toxins that are in the mainstream cleaning products.
Now of course you can use vingear & lemon in a water bottle but meh.. I admit sometimes I'm to lazy & just want to buy something ready made & I also HATE using the dish cloth for wiping benches, cupboards, fridge etc so love the convenience of a pkt of wipes.

If you want to start making some changes start small. Swap out products each week so it's not a big expense all at once.
Trust me you'll never look back & why would you want to when you'll be providing your family with a toxin free enviroment 😁
