Life is fragile. It shifts without warning. And in those moments that shake us, we are reminded of something simple and powerful:
Love yourself.
Not in a loud, performative way — but in the quiet ways.
Forgive yourself for the mistakes you replay at night.
Honor the battles you fought that no one saw.
Celebrate the softness that the world tried to harden.
We spend so much time waiting to be chosen, validated, understood.
But the most important choice is the one you make every day — to stand on your own side. Take care of your body. Protect your peace.
Speak to yourself with kindness. Allow yourself joy without guilt.
Because life is precious. And so are you.
Love yourself now — not someday. Not when you’re “better.” Not when you’ve achieved more. Now. As you are.

I am profoundly grateful to the families I look after. Being entrusted with caring for their loved ones is a responsibility I never take lightly, and I am humbled by their strength, openness, and trust. Every family I serve leaves a lasting impression on me. I am thankful for the opportunity to walk alongside them, even briefly, during such meaningful moments.🦋

As we welcome a new year, I want to take a moment to think of each of you and the loved ones you hold close in your hearts. It has been a privilege to support your family during such a meaningful and difficult time. While a new year often brings talk of fresh beginnings, I know that grief does not follow the calendar. Please know there is no right or wrong way to enter the year ahead—only your way, at your own pace.
May the coming year bring moments of peace, comfort in shared memories, and kindness from those around you. I hope you are able to find strength in the love that remains and space to remember those who will always be part of your lives.
It has been an honor to walk beside you and your loved ones — thank you for the trust you have placed in me.

To all the mothers no longer with us - you are remembered with every heartbeat today ❤️

Mother's Day carries both love and longing for me. Losing my Mum, Sue, changed my life forever - but it also guided me toward my passion for helping others navigate their own grief, in their time of need. I will continue to honor my mums legacy, always - through my calling and my work.

Remember that love never leaves us - it just changes form.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mums we love, know and carry with us 🌹
