At CrossFit Soar, we believe in pushing ourselves for a purpose.

This year, we’re one of the many gym’s across Australia to host the 24 Hours of Heroes event on 26-27 April 2025.

For 24 hours, athletes across Australia and New Zealand will complete hero workouts in tribute to fallen service members, first responders, and military personnel.

It’s more than just a workout—it’s a way to remember, respect, and give back.

We’re inviting our community to come together and support this cause by donating. Every contribution goes toward the organisation that provide crucial support for veterans, first responders, and their families.

Together, we can make a difference— one workout, and one donation at a time.

CrossFit
⭐ A high-intensity workout session that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio training, and bodyweight exercises.
⭐ Classes include a warm-up, skill or strength training, and a “Workout of the Day” (WOD) that incorporates various functional movements.
⭐ Every movement is scalable to something you are able to do

LIFE Classes
⭐️ Low intensity workouts with mobility and accessory work
⭐️ Perfect for ages 55+
⭐️ This is to stay fit, well and healthy even as you age
⭐️ Available in any of the CrossFit classes

CrossFit Kids
🌟 What we call working out they know as fun and games
🌟 Kids class - 6-8 years old
🌟 Pre-teens class - 9-12 years old

Bodybuilding
⭐️ Designed to help you build strength, size and muscle.
⭐️ Includes mechanical drop sets, the shock method and mini-pumps.

Mobility Class
⭐️ Focus on stretching and recovery

Introducing our Member of the year for 2024 - Gemma Heugh 🙌

Even before we took over the gym she has been here, hitting the grind 5-6 times a week - not to mention her runs with her run-group and the Parkruns on Saturdays.

She rocks up, always looking positive and full of smiles. She proves that discipline gets you where motivation can’t.

Gemma has such a kind and caring heart - always giving when and wherever she can - True to her name, she really is a gem 💎

“The first people I see every morning are the 5am crossfit crew...full of positivity and motivation!

Even though they always look daunting, I do the workouts one step at a time, always encouraged to push myself, seeing everyone else push themselves and cheering each other on.

I don't think about what's coming, I can just focus on the now and do my best to push through. The more effort I put in, the more endorphins I get and the better I feel. It sets me up for a great day.
