I’m excited to welcome you back for our next 5-week block of Yoga and Pilates classes!
You can choose to attend one class per week or both – whatever works best for your schedule and your body 💫
🗓 Start Date: 21. of July

⏰ Yoga Mondays 5.30pm
⏰ Pilates Wednesdays 5.30pm
💰 Pricing:
– $90 for 1 class/week (Yoga or Pilates)
– $162 for 2 classes/week (Yoga and Pilates)
Passes are valid for 5 consecutive weeks, non-refundable and non-transferable.

🌿 After 5 Years… A New Chapter Begins 🌿

After five years of offering multiple weekly classes, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to scale back. While many of you have been wonderfully supportive, the reality is that keeping a full studio schedule going requires more consistent attendance than our small community has been able to sustain.

🔹 Current class schedule will continue until the end of April.
🔹 After a short break in May, I will return in June with just two weekly classes in Maryborough at the same location, mainly to support my most loyal participants who have been with me through it all. ❤️

🔹 Yoga retreats will still be running every four months for those wanting a deeper experience.
🔹 I’ll also be offering special 2-hour Yin/Restorative Yoga sessions throughout the year—a chance to slow down and truly restore.

This shift allows me to continue offering quality classes while balancing the realities of running a small wellness business. I deeply appreciate those who have shown up, shared their practice, and supported what I do. I hope to see you in class or at one of my retreats.

📅 Final studio classes: April 30
📅 New class structure starts: June 9, same location

Pilates/Yoga classes offered in Maryborough QLD. All levels welcome.

I believe in living with integrity and taking responsibility for our own well being, inspiring growth at all fitness levels from the novice to the professional, and supporting your personal journey through the Pilates and Yoga discipline of mindful movement.

These Feel-Good Pilates/Yoga classes teach correct posture, helping people with back pain get relief from the imbalances that cause it. These classes will dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. We will build strength without excess bulk, creating a flexible and toned body.
