My little piece of paradise…..

I pride myself on making the space conducive to promoting the body to a point where the body resets itself physically and emotionally….

The ambience of the room, the experience of tbe soft tissue therapist….being as effective as you can within the time frame allocated…..

I work the muscles in a specific order, use complimentary tools such as cupping, dry needling to essentially relax the nervous system which in turn relaxes the muscles..…

I have been a soft tissue therapist since 2015, working as a contractor firstly, then rented a space to building a purpose built studio….

Hello!!!
I am still here working away…..we are still
open and open for business..
I have been quiet of late dealing with what I thought was a middle ear problem for the last couple of months…..turned out to be a ex root canal tooth that got a vertical crack in it….not visible on an xray….and got infected….
The tooth has now been extracted….no more middle ear problem….instant relief….
If you are looking for an appointment and cannot find a suitable time…shoot me a text….you will get a quicker response that way….
Your body is a temple….look after it with regular consistent self care….
PS….this photo is pre extraction…..the cheek is swollen….
