Noticing that I spend a disproportionate amount of time in quiet bliss thinking just how good life is. Not because it’s easy, but because I choose it 😇
Happiness is a choice, one that we sometimes have to work at and certainly one that needs us to acknowledge when things aren’t so great in our lives. Happiness isnt about an easy life, it’s about how we move through the ups & downs. How we attach to or judge our circumstances.
But we can be happy not because of money, things, external relationships and circumstances (although all that is great)… we can be deeply happy when we dive deep into anything that stands between us & real peace.
What stands between you and happiness?
Then ask what’s really beneath that?
And what you can let go, or heal, or forgive to move closer to that state of essence, the peace, the happiness that you are.
Hint: whats the “story” you tell yourself calidates why you’re not peaceful, or happy?
Don’t be afraid to “do the work”. You too, deep down, are a being of peace, ease, happiness and love.
