💥 Synergistic Therapy: Where Human Design Meets Art Therapy💥
Imagine a space where your unique Human Design blueprint guides the way… and creativity opens the door to healing.
Synergistic Therapy weaves these two paths together:
🔸 Human Design offers clarity about who you are at your core.
🔸 Art Therapy gives you a way to express, release, and transform.
Together, they create a deeply personal journey of self-discovery, authenticity, and growth.
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about remembering yourself, and giving voice to the parts of you waiting to be seen.
Every session is different, because every person is a world of their own.🌏

“Deconditioning is not easy. It is a fierce process of watching everything you thought was you fall away. But what emerges is authenticity—what you were born to live.” – Ra Uru Hu

When I sculpt, I often begin with something rough, heavy, unformed. Bit by bit, the excess falls away - until the essence reveals itself.

My own deconditioning has felt, and still feels, much the same. A process of stripping away identities, expectations, and stories that never belonged to me. What remains is raw, simple, authentic. And strangely, it feels more alive than all the layers I carried before.

Every day, a little more falls away. Every day, a little more of me stands here.

A new chapter begins
For many years I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery through Human Design - first exploring on my own, then diving deeply into studies with wonderful teachers. About a year and a half ago, I returned to the roots of the original Human Design, and it has been such a transformative step.
I’m happy to share that I am now a Living Your Design Guide with the International Human Design School.
For me, Human Design and creativity belong together. In my art and art therapy work, I’ve seen how expression and transformation unfold through colour, form, and story. Human Design adds another layer, a map that helps us live in alignment with our unique nature.
And the journey continues: I’m now on the path toward becoming a certified analyst. I look forward to guiding others into this knowledge, weaving it together with creativity, healing, and discovery.

A Journey of Learning & Transformation

For years, I delved into Human Design through self-study, eventually stepping into a “Master Training” with Amber, a truly valuable experience. Her guidance offered me profound insights, and I'm deeply grateful for her wisdom and dedication. It was through this training that I realised my passion for going even further into the source of Human Design.

That realisation led me to explore the foundational IHDS path, where I’ve since completed the three foundation courses and am working towards becoming a Living Your Design Guide and Professional Human Design Analyst to continue deepening my understanding and practice.

With these tools, I offer Human Design readings for those looking to understand their design. And for those wanting to go even deeper, I combine my background in Art Therapy to help you integrate this knowledge creatively and meaningfully into your life. This approach connects insight with creative expression, offering a path of healing and self-discovery.

If you're curious about your unique design and feel drawn to explore it through art and self-awareness, I’d love to connect!

“Those who have a 'why' to live, can bear with almost any 'how'.” This is one of the Viktor Frankl Man's Search for Meaning quotes that refers to logotherapy. As an art therapist, I'm deeply committed to integrating various approaches that facilitate profound healing and self-discovery. One such approach that holds immense significance in my practice is Logotherapy. Rooted in the wisdom of Viktor E. Frankl, Logotherapy emphasises the search for meaning and purpose in our lives, even amidst adversity.
Through three-dimensional art, individuals delve into the depths of their subconscious, sculpting not just clay or material, but their own narratives of resilience, hope, and purpose. In my practice, I've witnessed the remarkable synergy between Logotherapy and three-dimensional art forms. It's awe-inspiring to witness clients sculpting their narratives of strength and meaning, finding solace and empowerment in the creative process.
The journey of self-discovery through the intricate connections between three-dimensional art and Logotherapy is one that can be explored together. Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below, as we continue to navigate our paths of growth and healing.

Another Year, Another Adventure!
As I celebrate another trip around the sun, I'm reminded of this beautiful quote by Abraham Lincoln: "In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years."
Today, I'm not just adding another year to my age; I'm adding more experiences, more laughter, and more unforgettable moments to my journey. Each year is a new chapter, a fresh canvas waiting to be painted with beautiful memories.
Let's make each day a masterpiece, full of passion, purpose, and positivity! Don't just exist, thrive! Live your life with enthusiasm, kindness, and love.
Here's to cherishing every sunrise and dancing under every moonlight. Let's make our years vibrant and meaningful, so we can look back and say, "I truly lived."

Exploring Body Art Therapy 🎨
Have you ever wondered how the ancient practice of body painting can bring harmony to our fast-paced, digital lives? Welcome to the world of Body Art Therapy!

What is Body Art Therapy?
Body Art Therapy is an innovative approach that uses body painting for therapeutic and preventive purposes. It's about reconnecting with your inner self, your identity, and your primal essence, as well as forging deeper connections with others and with nature in our modern society.

The Creative Process
Clients can choose to paint their entire body or focus on specific areas like hands or the face. They can create art by themselves or engage in a therapeutic dialogue with a trained therapist. Sometimes, it's accompanied by deep conversations, and at other times, the art speaks for itself.

The Healing Power
While scientific evidence is still emerging, related research suggests that Body Art Therapy has a positive impact on various aspects of well-being. It's a gentle way to foster body awareness, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and empathy, among many other benefits.
Body Art Therapy can be applied in a wide range of fields, from therapy and counselling to education, special needs support, and more. It's a beautiful way to connect with our bodies, our essence, and the world around us.

Unleash Your Inner Artist
If you're ready to dive into self-discovery, healing, or simply eager for an extraordinary way to connect with others, join our next Body Art Therapy workshop for a creative and meaningful experience.
