Since 2005, I’ve dedicated my life to the development of others. I am a Practitioner, Coach and Consultant with a heartfelt approach to holistic wellbeing and happiness. I am also a husband and father of two. All roads have led me to this path. A vision grew within me for a long time; so clear and detailed it inevitably invoked a craving to support you. To guide you. To assist you. I felt this at a constitutional level, so powerful it consumed me and overwhelmed me in the most beautiful way. I had a vision. A life free of self-limiting patterns of behaviour; breaking through the mundane and repetitive cyclic existence so many of us unknowingly accept. To live with a tranquil mind, thriving within our own nirvanic existence is an opportunity for each and every one of us to realise. This was when Cooper Consulting came to life.
