Reiki is a form of energy healing that I love 💕 because of it’s subtle beauty and also it’s soft sensual calm it can give a person. It gives people time and space to relax any worries or stresses on their mind 😌.

The beauty of energy healing I think is that it brings with it so many gifts❤️. As well as giving it I receive a gift in return in that it takes me to places I have never been before and each person I work on is unique and different ✨

I am specifically talking about reiki 💆🏻‍♀️. It has nearly been one year since I first learnt about its beauty. Through my years of being a physio I’ve always been intrigued about reiki and now I get to experience it on a regular basis by giving it to people I care about and people I have just met. It connects people and unlocks pure magic 🥰

I also perform holistic massage where I find intuitively I am also giving reiki whilst massaging because I’m drawn to it, so it just comes to me. This I feel truly humbled in being able to do. 💚🙏

Love and light to the universe and spirit for allowing me to heal ❤️😇

My son took this beautiful picture of this black swan whilst we were on holiday in New Zealand recently 💚
It makes you appreciate the beauty in those little moments. How this swan is standing there in its happy place moving its body so elegantly as it starts to stretch its neck up high. I love that my son has a love for animals and nature 🌱

I am calling upon anyone who wants to experience massage or reiki or a combination of both with myself. So that you can experience being happy in your body by feeling nourished just as this black swan does by being in its element 🙏✨
