Nurses play a vital and irreplaceable role in delivering care, improving health outcomes, and strengthening overall healthcare systems at Selby Family Clinic and at our sister clinics (Monbulk Family Clinic & Kallista Medical Centre). WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE (GOVERNMENT FUNDED) FLU VACCINE?
❤️Children aged between 6 months and 5 years.
❤️Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months+.
❤️Adults aged 65 years+.
❤️Pregnant women.
❤️Individuals with certain medical conditions that increase the risk of severe flu.

ALL OTHER PATIENTS:
$17 vaccine fee applies.

Vaccinations can be booked ONLINE (adult vaccinations only) or via PHONE by calling the clinic during opening hours.

👋 Introducing Dr Marianne Tait, a GP registrar who will continue her GP training at Selby Family Clinic from Feb 3rd 2025!
Marianne graduated from the University of Melbourne and worked for several years within the public hospital system of Eastern Melbourne. Whilst undertaking training in multiple disciplines, she developed special interest in;
- Children's Health
- Women's Health
Outside of medicine she enjoys knitting, walking and spending time with family. 🏡

On Friday night the team at Selby Family Clinic enjoyed a lovely meal together to farewell our registrars Jade and Blake as they move on to their next placement position.

We are so thankful that we were able to be part of their GP training journey and look forward to welcoming them back later this year. ❤️
