This recipe is an absolute winner ๐Ÿ† time and time again!

Did you see my Facebook live earlier today, where I quickly put together dinner before school pick up? ๏ฟผ

Honestly Iโ€™m sitting here so happy - this is where I say THANK YOU Thermomix for helping me today! Busy day at work so I appreciate how my TM7 makes my life so much easier!

This is the countless time Iโ€™ve used a cheaper cut of beef instead of beef cheeks and the results are still delicious!

Saving approx $10 per kilo, I decided to use chuck steak instead of beef cheeks. When the Thermomix goes into the slow cooker mode, I reduced the time from 4hrs to 3hrs and the result is perfectly cooked beef.

This recipe gets a solid โญ๏ธ โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธand is restaurant quality!

Itโ€™s so cold ๐Ÿฅถ and you need to warm up from the inside out, then this recipe is for you!

I didnโ€™t bother soaking the barley over night, I mean who has time for that?! Adding them straight into the recipe works just as good in my opinion.

The final leg of our trip home after spending three nights at Lake Hume. We absolutely loved this place! The Lake Hume Holiday Park managers are the nicest couple! The park is beautiful and we canโ€™t wait to come back!

So grateful for our TM7 making beautiful recipes whilst on our Jerry Adventures - life is so much better with good food!

What a yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹ final dinner in Jerry!

My internet ๐Ÿ›œ didnโ€™t want to play..so I cooked this recipe manually by following the instructions on my phone. I Iove now on the TM7 we have Browning Mode, which is high heat cooking st 160c! This is a new ๐Ÿ†• mode which is great to use manually ! The onion ๐Ÿง… and capsicum ๐Ÿซ‘ mix was sooo good, as was the beef ๐Ÿฅฉ strips too!

Absolutely delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ dinner!!!
