🖤BEST Bolognese EVER 🖤

No one can ever change my mind on this one friends as this is the best Bolognese you’ll ever taste!

I love this all in one cooking in my TM7 - the sauce cooks below ⬇️ in the bowl whilst the meat cooks above ⬆️ in the simmering basket - that my friends = FLAVOUR!

I can only continue to tell you how amazing food tastes in the Thermomix, but you’ll have to experience this for yourself with your own TM7!

🖤Fast & Fresh🖤

I love this recipe as it’s so versatile!

Tonight I thought, “ohhh I want to use those prawns 🍤 in my freezer!”…absolute good decision!

Feel free to mix things up with the veg that you love best - I added the prawns to the final few minutes to the pasta 🍝!

I also added more spaghetti which made a mountain ⛰️ of food! Here I am trying to hold my oval ThermoServer with one hand!

Forget the sink full of dishes - Thermomixing keeps it simple with minimal dishes! Winning 🏆

🖤Chicken Fajita Soup🖤

The perfect warmer-dinner for tonight!

With this wild weather I decided to mix it up and switch to a soup..and this was a winner!

It’s really easy on the budget, which is always great, but didn’t ease back on the flavour!

I skipped the first part of the recipe as I had a bag of tortilla chips already, so that saved me time! If you want to know which brand I use comment TORTILLAS below 👇

Instead of canned hominy ( l had to google what they were) but replaced with chickpeas - perfect! I scaled up to the 6 portions option as I love some left over soup for lunch the next day.
