Hey fellas,
I'm the personable Frank. I've been teaching yoga for 21 years, and have been teaching yoga for the past 14.
Yoga is great to move & stretch your body in all sorts of ways. It releases tired and aching muscles; it clears the mind, opens the breath, aids a better posture and sleep. It also releases any pent up emotions that can manifest into all sorts of physical and mental strains. There's many styles of yoga that suit all levels and preferences (a more active or gentler class).
Below is a list of Men's N*de Yoga Classes running the next few days.
