When we can’t stop thinking about our problems, our mind and life merge. We become lost in the illusion of the dream.

We could call this a “rut,” but it goes much deeper than that. Along with our actions, our attitudes and feelings become repetitive. And we form the habit of being ourselves.

To change our lives, we must fundamentally change the ways we think, act, and feel. Because how we think, feel, and behave is – in essence – our personality. And our personality creates our personal reality. So, to create a new personal reality – a new life – we must create a new personality. We must become someone else.

✨✨Think of the good, and good will happen. Think of the bad, and the bad will follow.
All day long, you are what you think✨✨

🌟The subconscious mind does not argue with you. It accepts what the conscious mind decrees.
🌟You have the power to choose.
Choose health and happiness. You can choose to be friendly, kind, helpful, cheerful, warm, and everyone will respond accordingly.
This is the best way to develop a wonderful personality.
🌟The conscious mind is the “gatekeeper.”
Its main function is to protect the subconscious from false impressions.
Decide to believe that something good can happen—and is happening now.
Your greatest power is the ability to choose. Choose happiness and prosperity.
🌟The suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt you. The only power lies in your way of thinking.
You can choose to reject the thoughts and statements of others and affirm the good. You have the power to decide how you will react.
🌟Be careful what you say. You will be held accountable for every idle word. Never say, “I will fail, I’ll lose my job, I can’t pay the rent.” The subconscious does not understand a joke. It makes all these things come true.
🌟Your mind is not evil. No force of nature is evil. It all depends on how you use the powers of nature. Use your mind to bless, heal, and inspire all people, everywhere.
🌟Never say “I can’t.” Conquer fear by replacing it with this statement: “I can do anything through the power of my subconscious mind.”
🌟Begin to think from the eternal truths and principles of life, not from the viewpoint of fear, ignorance, and superstition. Don’t let others think for you. Choose your thoughts and make your own decisions.
🌟You are the commander of your soul (the subconscious mind) and master of your destiny. Remember, you have the power to choose. Choose life!
Choose health!
Choose happiness!

🌟Whatever your conscious mind assumes and believes to be true, the subconscious mind accepts and works to bring about.

✨Stepping Into Divine Alignment: Taking Your Rightful Place in the Family

What Does It Mean to Take Your Rightful Place?

In the sacred design of life, every soul is born into a family system with divine order and purpose.

✨To take your rightful place means to embrace the role given to you by the Creator, honoring the natural flow of love and wisdom passed down through generations. The spiritual principles of Family Constellations, as taught by Bert Hellinger, remind us that when each person stands in their ordained position, harmony and grace flow freely.

However, when we step into roles that are not ours—such as a child carrying the burdens of a parent or a partner taking on the role of caregiver—this divine balance is disrupted. The energy of love, instead of flowing naturally, becomes blocked, leading to emotional struggles, disconnection, and a sense of being lost.

By returning to our rightful place, we allow love to heal, restore, and bless not only our own lives but also the generations before and after us.

When the Natural Order is Disrupted

Children Acting as Parents (Parentification)

Example: A child emotionally carries the weight of a parent’s struggles, unconsciously becoming a “substitute partner.”
Consequence: In adulthood, they may struggle with romantic relationships, feeling overly responsible or unable to fully connect.

Spiritual Realignment:
Release the role of caregiver and allow your parents to walk their own path. Trust that their journey is theirs to navigate.
Healing Affirmation: “Mother/Father, you are the great ones, and I am your child. With love, I return to you what is yours, and I take only what is mine.”

Siblings Taking on the Wrong Roles

Example: A younger sibling assumes leadership in the family because the eldest has been excluded or rejected.
Consequence: A deep sense of responsibility may weigh on them, or they may feel lost and unsure of their path.

Spiritual Realignment:
Restore the sacred hierarchy and trust in divine order.
Healing Affirmation: “I honor my elder siblings and take my place as the younger. I stand in the order that was given to me.”

Children Feeling Responsible for Their Parents’ Well-Being

Example: An adult struggles to become independent, feeling obligated to care for their parents.
Consequence: They may unconsciously sabotage relationships, career growth, or personal happiness out of a deep-rooted sense of duty.

Spiritual Realignment:
Honor your parents by allowing them to own their destiny, just as you embrace yours.
Healing Affirmation: “Beloved parents, I trust in your strength and wisdom. I honor your path and now step fully into my own life with gratitude.”

Unbalanced Dynamics in Couples

Example: A woman takes on a maternal role in her marriage, overprotecting her husband.
Consequence: The relationship loses its balance, creating either dependency or emotional distance.

Spiritual Realignment:
Restore the sacred union as a partnership of equals, where love flows in mutual respect and freedom.

Healing Affirmation: “I see you as my beloved partner, not as my child. Today, I stand beside you in love and equality.”

How to Step Into Divine Order

✔ Honor the Natural Flow of Life
• Each soul is given a sacred place within the family. Parents lead, and children follow. Siblings hold their unique positions in birth order.
• When we respect this divine order, love flows effortlessly.

✔ Release Burdens That Are Not Yours
• It is not the child’s role to heal or rescue their parents.
• We are not meant to carry the wounds or destinies of our ancestors—only to honor them and walk our own path.

✔ Embrace the Wisdom of Those Who Came Before
• The past is a sacred teacher. When we accept our lineage without judgment, we receive its blessings.

✔ Stand in Your Truth with Humility
• Your soul was placed exactly where it was meant to be. Trust in divine wisdom and surrender to your rightful place.

The Gift of Embracing Your Place

✔ A deep sense of inner peace and belonging.
✔ Healing in family and romantic relationships.
✔ Greater clarity, purpose, and spiritual alignment.
✔ Freedom from the weight of past burdens.

When we step into our rightful place, we become vessels for divine love, allowing it to move through us and into the generations before and after us.

In alignment, we find not only healing but also the grace to live fully, love deeply, and walk in harmony with the sacred flow of life.

✨A Spiritual Perspective on Blame and Accountability✨

There are moments in life when others project their burdens onto us, unable to face the truth within themselves. Instead of embracing their own faults, they cast blame upon us, painting us as the villain to shield themselves from accountability. This is not a reflection of who we are, but rather a manifestation of their own inner turmoil.

Yet, no matter how they twist the story or deflect responsibility, the truth remains unshaken. Their actions are a mirror of their own wounds and fears, not a measure of our worth.

We are not called to carry the weight of another’s unhealed pain. That is their journey, their lesson, their path to walk.

Instead, we can stand in our light, rooted in truth, knowing that the burdens of others do not belong to us. We are free from the weight of misplaced guilt, free to walk in grace and peace.

Let go of what is not yours to hold.
Stand in truth, and let love guide the way.
Sending love and light

WHY DO SOME MOTHERS NOT SHOW LOVE?

A mother’s love is sacred, yet sometimes it may not be expressed in the ways we long for. This can be painful, leaving us with questions and wounds in our hearts. But behind this absence of affection, there are often deeper reasons:

• A Soul Shaped by Hardship: If she was raised in an environment where love was not openly given, she may have learned to guard her emotions, believing that silence was safer than tenderness.
• The Weight of Past Pain: Life may have tested her spirit through trauma, loss, or heartbreak, making it difficult for her to embrace love freely.
• Burdened by Life’s Trials: The struggles of daily life—stress, financial concerns, or deep-seated worries—can consume her energy, leaving little space for emotional expression.
• A Wounded Heart in Need of Healing: Depression or inner battles may pull her into solitude, not because she does not love, but because she does not know how to reach beyond her own suffering.
• Love in a Different Language: Not all love is spoken in words or expressed through touch. Sometimes, love is found in the unseen—her quiet sacrifices, her watchful care, her unwavering presence.
• Fear of Being Unprotected: Vulnerability may feel like an open door to pain, and so she may have built walls around her heart, believing that to protect herself, she must withhold tenderness.

If your mother has struggled to show love in the way you need, take a step back and see if she has been speaking love in a language of her own. And if you can, offer her grace. A simple “I love you” may be the key to unlocking the love that has been waiting to flow, healing both of your hearts in divine time.

Love is eternal. Even when unseen, it is never lost. ❤️✨

✨EMOTIONS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR ORGANS AND BODY PARTS✨

• THE LIVER:
The liver is responsible for breaking down, storing, and rebuilding matter. If a person’s life falls apart and they cannot rebuild, they begin to store feelings of being overwhelmed and overburdened, which can lead to hatred and resentment. Many people feel overburdened by their life circumstances, but since situations vary widely, they develop different types of neuroses when they feel overwhelmed.
• THE LUNGS:
The lungs have two functions: they breathe in life and express ideas through speech. If someone has lung problems, their self-expression is being stifled, and they are unable to express themselves freely in some area of their life. When a person is silenced, they may become loud and push others to listen to them, or they may give up, feeling oppressed, which shuts down communication and weakens the lungs.
• THE STOMACH:
The stomach is responsible for assimilating experiences. If a person feels too overwhelmed, their experiences become too much to process properly. This can cause the stomach to show signs of malfunction, and worry creates a divide between the mind and emotions. Taking care of oneself is essential for proper stomach function.
• THE PANCREAS:
The pancreas is connected to sugar and the sweetness of life. When pain turns into bitterness, it takes over, making a person angry. Many people today suffer from this. If life has not been lived sweetly, it is reflected in pancreatic issues.
• THE KIDNEYS:
The kidneys are deeply tied to emotions and are the body’s main water-processing channel. They store fears resulting from trauma. A person’s vitality can be affected, blocking motivation and enthusiasm. When fear is stored in the kidneys, it can make someone unable to handle future emotional situations.
• THE SPLEEN:
The spleen holds onto failures, death wishes, and apathy. When someone faces more challenges than they can bear, they may give up, believing they have failed, losing their will and desire to live. Circulation, digestion, and sluggishness issues indicate that emotions are “dying,” leading to an over-reliance on intellect instead of feelings, resulting in apathy and emotional numbness.
• THE GO**DS (REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS):
These organs store unconscious emotions. When a person loses self-control, they may fall into addiction traps like drugs and alcohol. Losing personal power allows external energies to take control.
• THE HEART:
The heart is linked to love and resentment. Heart damage is always caused by the loss of an emotion or a loved one. Losing trust leads to fear, possessiveness, jealousy, and selfishness—all of which negatively affect the heart, causing warning signs that should be addressed immediately.
• THE GALLBLADDER:
The gallbladder is a precursor to heart problems. When it is damaged, it is due to fear of loss and stress from a lack of trust in life. It relates to anxiety about the future. If parents were not in harmony during conception and the soul experienced trauma or was not welcomed, there may be a deep emotional wound affecting how we feel cared for.
• THE BREASTS:
Breasts represent the nurturing aspect of femininity and sexuality. They store a woman’s feelings about her sexuality and how men perceive her. Sexual trauma, repression, or resentment about societal expectations can lead to breast-related issues.
• THE LEGS:
Legs move us forward and provide support. Problems arise when a person lacks the courage to take a new step, often because they feel they have not received the support they needed. This can lead to leg-related issues.
• THE HANDS:
Hands represent giving and receiving. Problems occur when someone feels unequal to others or suffers from inferiority, making it difficult to balance giving and receiving. This imbalance, often due to an inflated ego or low self-esteem, can manifest as arthritis, osteoporosis, or joint issues.
• THE NECK:
The neck is the flexible part of the spine, balancing willpower and flexibility. A stiff neck reflects a rigid attitude. When deeply held beliefs are challenged, tension builds up, leading to cervical issues, tension headaches, and spinal disc problems.
• HAIR:
Hair is governed by the liver, meaning hair loss can result from holding onto anger or resentment. People who impose their will on others to prove their point often hold onto past resentments, which can contribute to hair loss.
• THE HIPS:
Hips represent balance and creative energy related to nurturing children. They symbolize our ability to stand on our own. Hip flexibility relates to personal freedom. Adolescents experience issues here as they navigate their independence and self-identity. If an adult feels dominated or repressed, hip deterioration can stem from guilt and resentment over allowing others to make decisions for them.
• THE THYROID GLAND:
Thyroid issues arise in those who feel they can never do what they truly desire, alongside a persistent feeling of humiliation. They feel they live for others yet remain unrecognized. This gland relates to a sense of urgency or lack of enthusiasm.
• THE THYMUS GLAND:
The thymus stores fear and governs the immune system. Fear causes a person to shrink inward, losing integrity in a situation. This weakens the immune system, allowing viruses to enter. When sick, one should reflect on where fear originated and work to heal it.
• THE ADRENAL GLANDS:
These glands store sorrow and contribute to a victim mentality (“fight or flight”). People with adrenal issues often believe external forces are against them. When someone refuses to endure emotional pain lovingly, they blame the world for their suffering.
• THE PITUITARY GLAND:
This gland holds repressed grief. Experiencing pain can be a gateway to higher awareness, but only after judgment is transformed. By enduring pain with love, one can reconcile the duality of life (right/wrong, good/bad, positive/negative).
• THE PINEAL GLAND:
The pineal gland requires natural daylight and enthusiasm to function properly. A lack of excitement for life can cause dysfunction. Spending time in nature helps restore its balance. The key question here is: What is keeping you in darkness?
• THE SPINE:
The spine represents willpower and inner strength. If someone bends to external pressure and loses sight of their own vision, scoliosis or spinal misalignment can develop. Aligning one’s will with a higher purpose can strengthen the spine, allowing for greater resilience.
• THE SEXUAL ORGANS:
Sexuality is linked to expression and reproduction. Difficulties in this area may stem from parental expectations regarding gender or internal moral conflicts leading to self-punishment.
• THE BACK:
The back holds what we leave behind, what we want to forget, and what lingers in our subconscious. The spine represents the support we feel in life. If we lack emotional or familial support, back pain may manifest.
• THE BLADDER:
The bladder controls water release and external emotional expression. Weak bladder function may indicate difficulty in expressing emotions, particularly in relationships.
• THE SMALL INTESTINE:
This organ completes digestion and begins nutrient absorption, building personality, willpower, and confidence. It reflects critical life experiences. Early childhood shame can leave lasting effects, causing digestive issues.
• THE FEET:
Feet represent self-awareness and understanding of life. Pain or issues here relate to fear of the future or resistance to moving forward.
• THE SKIN:
The skin protects individuality and serves as a sensory organ. Skin problems often indicate distress from feeling threatened or hidden disgust and rejection.
• THE LARGE INTESTINE:
This organ processes solid matter and symbolizes our ability to handle material concerns. It relates to letting go of what no longer serves us. Difficulty in releasing things can stem from fear of loss. Reflecting on conception and early life experiences can provide insight into this resistance.

🌟Listen to Your Soul’s Whispers🌟

Yes, tell your doctor about your chest pain, but also share that your heart carries the weight of sorrow and anguish.

✨Speak of your heartburn, but look deeper.. Could it
be the fire of unresolved anger burning within?
Acknowledge your diabetes, but also reflect—has the sweetness of life faded, burdened by unspoken frustrations?
Mention your migraines, but do not hide the battle within, the relentless pursuit of perfection, the sting of self-criticism, the deep sensitivity to others’ words, and the anxious thoughts that never rest.

🌟Many seek healing, yet few are willing to release the poisons of resentment, envy, and fear.
We long for relief from illness but resist the call to transform our inner world.

✨We ask for a cure but hold tightly to past sorrows.
We wish to clear our ñ arteries, yet our hearts remain closed by bitterness and pain.
We seek clarity of vision, yet we refuse to remove the blindfold of judgment.
We desire freedom from depression, yet struggle to let go of pride and unhealed wounds.
We continuesly pray for healing, yet we ignore the silent cries of those who need our love.

🌟 Illness is often the soul’s way of speaking when we have not listened to its whispers.
Perhaps the greatest remedy of all is love.
Love for ourselves, love for others, love for life in all its imperfection.

🙏🏼 May we embrace harmony, release what no longer serves us, and open our hearts to the healing power of compassion and grace.

💜May peace and love find you today

My Life Changing Moment

🌸💜Excited to Share my Life Changing moment!

First Photo : May 2019 Second Photo : February 2020 Third Photo : February 29th 2020

🌸Many of you guys knew that I was suffering from Kidney issues, eyesight problems, Throughout body Pain, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and after so many years of suffering till last years escalation of severe pain, struggling to walk do things at home, shower, dance, shop, cook and even at my lowest, lifting the kettle hurt! Through it all I was taking high doses of strong prescribed medication and adding alcohol to numb the pain!

At my last straw... I asked for help to God, my Angels, Arch Angels and the Universe ... Few days later I was hospitalised in late July with Septicaemia and I was in a near death situation!
