Often, it starts with small signs: feeling unusually irritable, a bit of pressure in the chest, or tears that rise without a clear reason. These are quiet messages asking for space, softness, and care.

Before things build into overwhelm, take a moment.
Breathe deeply.
Move gently.

Let your body know it’s safe to feel, to release, to rest.

To all the broken hearts 💌

Breakups. They’re messy. They’re heartbreaking. They strip you raw and leave you standing in the unknown, feeling like the ground has been ripped out from under you. The pain isn’t just emotional, it’s physical. It’s in your chest, your stomach, your breath. Every cell feels the ache of what was and what will never be.

But sometimes, love isn’t enough to fix what’s broken.

Letting go isn’t giving up. It’s choosing yourself. It’s honoring your needs, your worth, your growth. It’s creating space for something different, something healthier, something that aligns with the love you truly deserve.

The unknown is terrifying, but it also holds infinite possibilities. And maybe, just maybe, on the other side of this heartbreak is a version of you who is freer, lighter, and more at peace than you ever imagined.

Some days I feel strong, clear, and grounded.
Other days, it’s messy, heavy, and uncertain.
But every single step is taking me somewhere truer.
I’m not who I was—and I’m not quite who I’m becoming yet.
But I can feel her getting closer.

This is what it looks like to redefine yourself.

Day 2: A New Start, A New Life

Every morning, I’m choosing to reset—to move, breathe, and start fresh. It begins with shaking and bouncing, a simple yet powerful practice to move stagnant energy, wake up the body, and activate the lymphatic system.

Why is this important? Your lymphatic system is like your body's drainage system, clearing out toxins and keeping your immune system strong. But unlike your circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump—it relies on movement. Somatic shaking helps stimulate it, improves circulation, and shifts stuck emotions.

Give it a try! Shake, bounce, breathe, and feel the shift. Let’s start the day together with intention.

Have racing thoughts at night? 🧠💭 Try this breathing exercise to fall asleep asap.

Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and exhale through your nose for 8. Repeat at least 4 times, and feel how your mind begins to calm and intrusive thoughts fade away.

If you’re navigating through a tough time, I gently encourage you to find a quiet spot in nature. Whether it’s by the ocean, a river, or even your own backyard. What matters most is allowing yourself to connect with the earth around you.
