One of the best feelings ever for me in life.. Is to be able to lay out in the sun and soak up all the Vitamin D I can.
Vitamin D plays an integral role in having healthy skin and in keeping eczema away. It also balances out the body’s hormones giving you that “feel good” feeling.
My skin always feels so much stronger and looks even clearer after getting a good dose of sunshine ☀️ 🌞
If your not used to getting much sun on your skin start out with 5 minutes a day working your way upto half an hour then- to one hour per day. So when the weather permits, positively impact your immune system with Vitamin D from the sun.
