How we relate to what is happening determines its effect on us and our mindstate is what determines how we relate to it. PRACTICE
Just for one day, activate a sharp awareness of your experiences; notice your mind judging them as good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant, wanted or unwanted etc. Notice the biases and beliefs that influence your thoughts, emotions/feelings, urges and actions and then consciously unhook from anything that isn’t true or helpful. The more you practice unhooking the more peace of mind and vitality you’ll have.
