Women ♥️ coming off the back of international women’s day is a reminder of not just the old “may we know them, may we raise them, may we be them”, but also how much potency we hold when we gather. A rebellious act of unity and love, raising each other up and asking for equality.

Women shouldn’t just be celebrated on one day but everyday. Now more than ever we need connection and sisterhood, with a bit of whimsical magic spread in for good measure. Something is brewing I can feel it, watch this space ♥️

This season of transformation that is currently seeing me shift from maiden to mother has certainly been an eye opening experience. Not only witnessing my body transform but having so many triggers I thought I’d moved through come up and take me by surprise has been quite confronting.

Prior you do all the prep work so you feel somewhat confident with what you’re going into but in truth there’s a large portion you cannot prepare for and it’s daunting and unknown but also offers a look into some of the unhealed parts that need a bit more nurturing themselves.

If you too have just realised Christmas is next month and have done 0 shopping and are now in a panic to find the perfect gifts, I’m here to help.

Firstly let’s take some of the pressure off finding “the perfect gift”. Nowadays we all go buy exactly what we want, when we want it so this gift should instead be one from the heart (and not one that will put you in a large amount of debt).

Let’s normalise gifting hand made things, baked things, adventures, skills and lessons, plants, heck even a massage won’t go unnoticed.
