In this series, we will post common FAQโ€™s that people have about NDIS plans and break them down so that you know WHAT you are getting, WHY you are getting it and HOW best to utilise it.

This post explains what Support Coordination is and how Support Coordinators (SCโ€™s) work with the NDIS and their participant, to help them navigate their supports and provide a very friendly and helping hand along the way. It makes clear what their role IS and what their role is NOT.
