Meet Daisy, our social media manager at TB Cosmetics.

Daisy and Tayla met 6 years ago, working at a skin clinic in Melbourne. Daisy started working for TB over 3 years ago, and safe to say Tayla would be very lost without her. Daisy has a background in skin and has worked as a skin therapist for many years, therefore making her a great asset to TB cosmetics bringing all of her skin and social media knowledge.

We love having Daisy apart of the team, and are so grateful for all of Daisys hard work at TB.

Skin needling - forever our favourite skin treatment for all concerns.

As much as I love cosmetic medicine for all ageing concerns, there is only so much you can do. It is important to understand that many different factors contribute to ageing, therefore multiple modalities are always required for best results. Skin needling is one of the best ways to tighten and thicken the skin as it significantly boosts your collagen and elastin within the skin.

If ageing is a concern of yours -
I recommend taking collagen as a supplement.
Using active skincare ingredients that also stimulate collagen such as vitamin C and retinol. In clinic treatments a few times a year.

We are loving our results from Rejuran.

Skin is thicker and rejuvenated.
Lines are softer.
Eyes are brighter and lighter.

Best results are at the 3 month mark, this is 1-2 months post second treatment. So my patient should notice more improvements over the next month or so.

Our favourite go to treatment for the under eye area and is a great alternative if cosmetic medicine is not for you.

So now that I am in my second trimester, and I’ve had to switch my scrub pants to stretchy pants I thought it was about time I let you all know that we are having another baby due early April.

The first trimester absolutely rocked me, so thank you to all of my patients that I had to reschedule due to sick leave. Also a big thank you to for keeping the socials alive, and dealing with my baby brain on the reg.

I know this isn’t very exciting for you guys as I go on another lot of maternity leave. But please rest assure that I will only be taking a few months off, and hoping to be back working part time around the 6 month mark.

My MAT leave will be commencing March and I am hoping to be back by September - October. As always I am here to help, so feel free to DM at any time. I will be keeping you all up to date on socials for when my calendar will be re-opened upon my return, so stay tuned.

If you are coming in for a treatment, please come in with no makeup on if this is possible. SPF and skincare always, but if makeup can be avoided that would be amazing.

Please avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment and no exercise day of. This is to prevent the increased possibility of swelling, bleeding and bruising. Please be mindful some downtime may be required such as swelling and bruising, so it is best to book your treatments in advance to allow for this downtime which can be about 1-2 weeks.

If you’re on any blood thinning medications, antibiotics or if you’re pregnant or breast feeding please notify myself via social media or email prior to your appointment as this can be contraindicated to your treatment.

If you’re unwell, please reschedule.

Cupcakes for my beautiful patients today -

R U OK? is a national su***de prevention charity and registered public health promotion that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times. A conversation can save a life, and remove that stigma that su***de has. It’s okay to feel these emotions, we are only human and life is hard at times. But you need to remember that life is so worth living for and you’re so loved. We can never underestimate the impact that every life lost to su***de has on family and friends. Behind every number is a life which was valued and will be missed.

Unfortunately my family and I found out the hard way that su***de can happen to any one of us when we lost my brother in 2016. I was so shocked that I was convinced they had the wrong person. He was so loved, happy and enjoyed life. He didn’t want to end his life, he wanted the anxiety and stress to go. He made one bad decision after being sleep deprived for days from work related stress and now he is gone forever.

James was the real reason why I got into cosmetic nursing as it was to traumatic for me to be working in the hospital. A move that I will never regret as I love my job so much. I feel like he would be laughing at me being a cosmetic nurse now, he hated the big lips and over treated faces. If he was still here, I would have to educate him about a natural aesthetic and how cosmetic medicine is not that 😂 he would be so proud of me, just like I am of him. He had his own business, he was so successful and he will always be my inspiration. He achieved more in his 28 years than I ever will in a life time and I miss him so much every single day.

Men are 3 times more likely to commit su***de than females, which is why we need to encourage males to speak up. So please check in on your loved ones and yourself as you never know what someone is going through or what the brain is capable of doing under extreme stress.

Being so vulnerable on my business page is hard, but if this post impacts just one persons life, then it was all worth it!

Did you know for all non surgical cosmetic treatments we cannot discuss pricing on social media, this is due to the TGA guidelines in Australia.

Pricing will be discussed in your consultation when a treatment plan has been tailored to you.

If you would like to know pricing before coming into the clinic, we offer a 15 minute Telehealth FaceTime consultation. In this 15 minutes we will briefly go over the best treatment options to help with your concerns and once assessed for treatment suitability, pricing will also be discussed.
