Do you need someone to come to the house to set up the TEQ-Life mobile safety alarm?
You don't because there's nothing to set up! It’s good to go straight out of the box. We’ll pre-programme it for you with your emergency contacts before we send it out, then all you need to do is plug it in to charge it.
If you do run into any issues though, we are here on the phone (yes, a real person!) to talk you through. Call us on 1800 776 753.

Can the TEQ-Life detect wandering?
Yes it can! It has a positioning system so we can set up a geofence (a "safe area") and emergency contacts can be notified when the user wanders outside of a certain location or area.
