✨ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 on all levels — whether spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, or energetical — requires us to first create space in our minds, lives, and hearts for the sacred inner work.

Secondly, we must show up — to begin the journey — which, for some of us, can be a challenge. Especially when we get stuck at this point, as we’ve forgotten how to lean in and say yes to the Wisdom Intelligence within.

Then comes the next step: moving from saying yes to standing in our power. And this means having the courage to take ownership — ownership of the journey, ownership of what comes up during the process — as we each call in this life experience to serve our individual and collective consciousness.
