💕 I’ve found becoming a mother to be the ultimate experience of contrast.

💕 It’s pure joy and transformation—the small giggles, the firsts, and the love that grows so big it changes who you are . But it’s also raw and stripping; it’s so hard and brings up hurts and grief you didn’t know were there.

💕 Motherhood demands everything you’ve got. It’s a baptism by fire, but at the same time, it fills your soul in ways nothing else can. It’s everything, all at once.

💕 Keep going, mummas—there’s light in and at the other side of this transformation . 💞

♥️ One of the hardest things I found with being a new mum with a newborn is finding time to do things I used to do for my mental health at the beginning of each day … or just finding time full stop 😄

♥️ I’ve decided to start with just a few minutes in the morning and just be ok with however it goes ... Here I am after my morning shower starting out with 5 minutes of meditation per day … wish me luck 💞😅

Hello everyone !

Just a reminder that our baby girl is due soon and I will be starting maternity leave towards the end of July.

Not long now!

Treatment Updates :

As many of you know, I am currently in my third trimester and can no longer perform body massages.

However, I am excited to offer 60-minute natural botanical facials throughout July until my maternity leave begins.

I will also continue providing Reiki and magnfied healing treatments and reiki training throughout July

If you wish to Learn Reiki with me before the end of July, please contact me your earliest convenience.

While the exact date of my return from leave remains uncertain, rest assured, I will notify you via email and social media once I'm back in action and may have some exciting new offerings at this stage 😊
