Aromatherapy & Yoga for me are…Balancing the Mind and Body to Peace through Movement, Essential Oils & Breath. Allowing me to move through the day with ease, physically and mentally,
helping to calm my Nervous System, releasing Anxiety.

We live in a culture that is so focused on competition and winning. Yoga is about Being and is for every BODY, every AGE & every ABILITY. You don't need to be flexible, hypermobile or a certain shape, colour, look or size to do Yoga.

It is NOT about the perfect Asana Shape to photograph & post on Social Media.

Everybody's Skeletal System is different and I will guide you to listen to your Body, to be and feel and adapt Poses for YOUR Body in a safe way.

I have had my own Yoga Practice and used Essential Oils for Healing for over 3 Decades. My own personal experience with Injury -Yoga & Essential Oils helped Heal my Pain & Anxiety, Balancing my Hormones and supported me through a rough time, caring for my husband through Cancer Treatment. If I can help one other person then this makes my heart full.

Beyond the Mat, my Loves are Family, My Labrador (who features in many of my videos), Music, Hiking, Trail Running, Weight Training, Teaching Body pump Group Fitness Classes and Designing/Sewing with my other Business Redressd.

Healthy Stimulation & Stretching of the Muscle Fascia in Yoga Asana, supported by Essential Oils, helps joint Lubrication, improved Healing, better circulation & enhanced mobility-this is so important as we age.

I want to support you to have healthy muscles and a healthy nervous system so you can function at your best.

Enjoy a mindful morning with a relaxing yoga flow and a nourishing Yoga Nidra Practice.
Maybe staying for a coffee and a bite to eat at Battle cafe downstairs.
Leave feeling renewed and refreshed, making it the perfect way to end your busy week.
Starting with a Slow Flow practice where you will blend breath with movement, get a great stretch and ease your mind before an extended 45 minute guided meditation known as Yoga Nidra.
Slow Flow Yoga is an intentional, slower-paced practice focusing on mindful movement, longer holds in poses, and deep breathing to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra Nurtures the Mind and Body.
Yoga Nidra is deep rest and relaxation, it takes you beyond the relaxed state of mind - going to that blissful state.

Join me for a beautiful Slow Flow Yoga Practice at my New Studio in Blackburn North

Slow Flow Yoga is Perfect for Every BODY wanting some delicious movement, connecting mind body & spirit, releasing sore muscles, gaining flexibility, releasing stress & anxiety.

I will guide you to cultivate awareness of movement and breath at a slow & steady pace. We hold poses for 3-5 breaths, sometimes adding in beautiful flows to match the breath. It is meditative but this practice can still be strong and physical, it will condition the body while encouraging mindfulness, resilience and self-compassion ♡
Including Pranayama, (Breath-work), Mudra ( hand gestures) Asana, (poses ), restorative poses & Meditation.
Perfect for beginners and is adaptable for all bodies.
We love to use props to assist or extend.
