Happy Sunday wise owls 🦉

Are you ever drawn to something but have no idea why? Do you go with your intuition and trust that all will be revealed in time?

Walking along the beach today I stopped to scan the horizon and was greeted by a wave from a whale 🐋

Then a little further on I doubled back to take a photo of shell. It was no different to the other shells that I walked past but I was compelled to take a photo. 🐚

Easter means different things to different people.

For me it is a chance to relax and recharge, spend time with family and friends and eat more than my fair share of hot cross buns and Easter eggs ... Humpty Dumpty eggs are my favourite ... thanks for asking!

Happy Sunday wise owls!

One of the common reasons clients book a Reiki session is they feel they are stuck in their heads and feel disconnected from their heart.

We spend so much of our working day being driven by our heads that the heart can be a silent passenger. The good news is the heart connection it is never lost and the first step is awareness.

How can you tell if you are in your head or heart space? Be curious and observe your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

When you are in your heart space you feel light, positive and grateful for everything. You will naturally give and receive unconditional love.

Our conscious mind often gets in the way of tapping into our inner wisdom. When we calm our mind we can start to hear our subconscious voice.

I am often asked what 𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 means?

Let's start with the 𝗢𝗪𝗟.

🦉 Owls have highly developed senses of sight and hearing making them adept to hunting in the dark.

🦉 Owls symbolise knowledge, wisdom and intuition. They see through the darkness and see what others miss.

🦉 Owls appeared at the start of my Reiki journey ... and I have been collecting owls ever since!

🦉 I incorporate owl spirit energy into my healing space to facilitate connection with your inner truth and intuition.

🦉 The body has an innate ability to heal itself. We are all wise owls 🦉.

I love this quote. It reminds me about restoring the balance between the sympathetic (fight, flight) and parasympathetic (rest, digest) responses.
