Not quite ready to join The Shred Shed group training sessions but eager to make a start? Our 6-week coaching package is the perfect solution!
This package offers everything you need to begin your journey toward lasting health and well-being. If the thought of training in a busy gym or group setting feels overwhelming, this package will help build your gym confidence.
Your personal training sessions will be completely private, with just you and me in the gym. I’ll teach you the correct form and technique for all your prescribed exercises, ensuring you feel confident and capable.
We’ll cover the essentials, including nutrition, calorie counting, macros, and protein, all at a pace that suits you. I’ll also create a personalized at-home training program tailored to your goals, needs, and any equipment you have available.
To keep you on track, you’ll have an accountability tracker for steps, activity, and habits, along with weekly weigh-ins and food diary check-ins. Together, we’ll review what went well and identify areas for improvement.
With 7-day-a-week email support, I’ll be with you every step of the way. With commitment and consistency, I guarantee you’ll see results!
