It's Healthy Bones Action Week, and at our pharmacy, we're passionate about promoting strong and healthy bones for every age!
Maintaining good bone health is crucial for overall well-being and preventing conditions like osteoporosis. Here are 3 simple actions you can do to strengthen your bones:
๐ฆด Increase your dairy intake such as milk, cheese and yoghurt for calcium
๐ฆด Do weight-bearing exercises such as walking, low-impact aerobics, dancing or tennis
๐ฆด Soak up some vitamin D in the sunshine but always remember to be sun safe and wear SPF50+, sunglasses, a hat and protective clothing!
