Honestly, I've had enough of cooking this week, so I'm making this super easy cauliflower and potato soup. 🥣 But don't be fooled, easy doesn't mean no flavor! This soup is so delicious, especially if you serve it with some freshly made croutons with Parmesan cheese. Hmm... Anyway, here's what you'll need:

We have it on repeat in our house, and that's for a good reason. Chicken simmered in a rich sauce of coconut milk, kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), and warming spices like ginger and garlic is so tender and yummy. 🤤 We love it with rice and some green veggies, but you can serve it with glass noodles or broccoli.
