It was International Pilates Day recently and what a great time to celebrate the benefits of Pilates.
This day is to show appreciation for the practice. Originally named "Contrology," the Pilates method was conceived by Joseph Pilates as an all-encompassing physical exercise system for the mind and body. Inspired by his personal encounters with illness and injury, his method emphasised core strength, enhanced posture, and overall mental and physical wellness.
Pilates has something to offer you, whether youβre looking to improve flexibility, build core strength, correct posture or simply find a mindful moment in your busy life.
