Morning!

Self-growth can be a b*tch (pardon my language)...

No wonder people avoid it so much...

It's like picking up a thunderstorm and putting yourself in the middle of it... "there -now just walk through it, slow and steady does it, and try not to get hit by lightning too much..." you say to yourself encouragely...

"Thanks?" you reply...

It takes effort, it is painful, it is a rough path... But there is no other way than through. And you only have to do it once. After it's done your life has changed forever...

I am done with feeling small. It doesn't suit me anymore. I am powerful! Only by embracing this I can become my genuine female essence...

So do it... Crawl, drag, and scratch your way through that storm -it's worth it for FREEDOM!

Our only path to deep happiness is to hear and act on our intuition...

Meditation's the best way to separate intuition from the thinking mind...

So close your eyes now. Create a space inside your head where you watch the thoughts float by. Like a river. Become an observer. Breathe... And when you feel calm think about a problem you're having. Let it go and see what comes to you. Be open and curious of an answer. Do not rush. An intuition will always be peaceful, grounded, calm. It will never be negative, shaming, or rude in any way.

Practice this every day until it feels effortless.

I am so glad I visited the rescued Sumatran elephants at the Mason Elephant Park & Lodge in Taro, Bali, 2019. They are certainly one of the most amazing creatures alive...

I recommend taking the trip if you're staying in Ubud ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
