🌈 Why Gratitude Matters:
Practicing gratitude isn’t just about saying thank youβ€”it’s about shifting focus from what’s missing to what’s meaningful. Research shows that gratitude:
1. Reduces stress and anxiety.
2. Improves emotional wellbeing.
3. Strengthens relationships with others.

✨ Try This Gratitude Routine:
Create a Family Gratitude Jar:
1. Set up a jar in a visible spot at home.
2. Each evening, everyone writes one thing they’re grateful for (or draws a picture for younger kids).
