Absolutely loving Whey Protein. Absolutely delicious and 19g of protein per serve. All natural with no added sugar, natural occurring protein from a goat which is a lot easier to digest. I’m obsessed! I use it every day.

I have been adding it into my High Protein Pancakes.

Recipe below -
1 large banana
1/2 cup oats
Squeeze of pure vanilla
A teaspoon of cinnamon
1 full cup of Goats Whey Protein Powder
2 eggs

Blend well. If you need any more Liquid add a dash of almond milk.

BLUEBERRY, LEMON, COCONUT AND YOGURT MUFFINS 🫐

1 cup natural yoghurt
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
Zest of 1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 and 1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
1 apple grated no skin
1 cup blueberries

Mix well together and cook 180 degrees for
20-25 mins or until cooked when knife comes out clean

🌱FOREST FRESH HONEY SLICE WITH NUT, SEEDS AND COCONUT🌱
Super easy - and quick.

- 1 Cup of Forest Fresh Jarrah Honey
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup of dried apricots cut small
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut pre roasted in the oven until brown
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 cup of Rolled Oats (I used 1/2 cup whole oats, 1/2 cup quick oats)
- 1/2 cup of roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
- 1 Tablespoon of healthy peanut butter
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
Add all to a bowl. Stir well. Then add to a roasting tray and flatten down.
Pre- heat oven to 160 degrees and then bake the slice for 20 minutes. Allow it to cool before you slice.
So delicious.
