Can You Stretch A Little Bit More?

We get ourselves to a certain level, maintain it then take ourselves to the next level.

4 reasons why this is good for us.

#1 we're training our mind and body to overcome it's limits and increase its endurance.
#2 it requires persistence..
#3 it requires determination..
#4 it requires internal and external motivation..ie A GOAL your passionate about.

Even if it's just a small little stretch every day......as lots of small little stretches daily add up to a massive result such as reaching our ideal weight and fitness level!

So lets start physically ...

Touch toes, splits, foot grab whilst sitting, neck stretch, chest stretch, shoulder stretch, torso stretch, hamstring stretch.
