Insulin doesn’t care if it’s a banana or a Snickers bar 🤷‍♀️

If it spikes your blood sugar, your body treats it the same.

Insulin is like a key, to move sugar from your blood into cells for energy.
But constant sugar spikes force your body to release insulin over and over.
Eventually, your cells stop listening.
Your body panics and makes even more insulin.

This is insulin resistance.

When Insulin Resistance Takes Over:
