BADFIT Athletes have been getting their best results ever and claiming all the GOLDS 🤩

1. claimed Gold in Men’s Doubles at the Columbia International.

2. Rehan claimed Gold in the A Grade Victoria Graded Tournament (at only 14 years old 😱).

3. Gincy () won her first ever Women’s Single Gold 🥇which she has been grinding away at for a while! And another gold in the Women’s Doubles 💪🏽

These are all 1-on-1 Online Coached Athletes who follow personalised programs from Gronya specifically designed to improve their badminton performance in the necessary areas for them.

Badminton does some messed up things to your hips.
The constant battle to maintain range of movement and reduce tightness is never ending.

1. Hip flexor stretch with lateral arm reach - releases hip flexor and lats
2. Kneeling quad stretch - releases hip flexor and quad
3. Pigeon - releases glutes and hip flexor
