When I say “Badminton Specific Training Program” what does that even mean???

It means analysing your footwork, how you move your body, pinpointing any movement inefficiencies, determining why you might move that way and what we can strengthen or retrain to make sure your footwork is smooth, efficient and strong.

But fast pushes come from short, sharp preparation — not power.
