Why you must stop comparing yourself to others, get fitter and embrace your body‼️👀⤵️
A lot has been said about "embracing your body" in the online world 🤔 When you were younger, no one ever told you to embrace your b***y or love your thighs, or gave you advice on how to be more comfortable with the rolls on your stomach when you sat down.
And yet, these are some of the things women need to hear most—not just because they're embracing their bodies, but because they are being kinder to themselves🤍
It's easy to fall into the trap of comparing yourself to other people. I mean, it happens all the time—in person and online. But if you want to be more kind and accepting of yourself (which will take you a lot further than giving up carbs or hating your thighs ever will), then stop doing it immediately 🚫 The same goes for putting down other people—whether they're a celebrity you don't like, or an acquaintance who has something you'd like.
Every time you look at someone and compare yourself to them, you neglect the amazing things about yourself. In asking "why am I not as pretty/ successful/ talented as her?" you're ignoring your own beauty, success, and skills. And then you're just left feeling awful.
👉I'll always recommend you start embracing your body by learning to care for your body through health and fitness. You'll soon learn how to love yourself and others unconditionally, and it starts with not comparing your own growth to anyone else but your own 💪
The internet already has enough hate in it. We need you on board for self-love 😉
