Rebirthing isn't about burning everything down to the ground.

Its about recognising what needs to come alive,
to be amplified,
and what needs be released in order for that reinvention of the self to take her place 🌹

The seasons of our universal one year are changing us.

Bringing darkness into the light,
Allowing our shadows to rise to the surface - through our triggers, our trauma, our tensions.

Making us face the discomfort of what we have been avoiding or holding onto 💔

Challenging us to make choices to better ourselves and the lives we are existing within.

I worked in fashion for over a decade,
And if you still don't believe how you look can change your life, you need to read this 👇

When you go blonde,
You are stripping colour out of your hair.
You are removing the pigmentation that brings colour to your world, essentially turning it colourless.

When you dye your hair,
You are restoring the colour.
Injecting it back into your body, through the follicles, embracing all of you ♥️

Its not JUST changing your hair that can change your life though, it's connecting with the energy of who you WANT TO BECOME,
And deciding:

📍What does she look like?
📍How does she dress?
📍How does she show up in the world?

Our outfits,

What YOU say, matters.

Every word that you speak out loud,
Is just as important as the ones you speak within.

Your words carry the quiet shift of your existence,
A frequency that commands how you show up in the world - and as who.

Everything is energy, and carries energy of change.

❌️ "I'm not confident"
❌️ "I sound stupid"
❌️ "I don't have a clue what I'm doing"
❌️ "I'm fat"
❌️ "I'll never meet anyone"
❌️ "I don't have the money for that"
❌️ "I feel stupid"
❌️ "I can't..."
❌️ "I don't..."
❌️ "I am..."

Imagine the other 12,000 - 60,000 brief moments of thought you have every day.

Imagine if the 80% of negative thoughts are on repeat.

Imagine if 95% of what you think today through your subconscious programming, was the same tomorrow...
