This is Sami 🫶🏼
(Psst…on the right) they can be mistaken for twins because of their matching magnetic energy 💫

Some people don’t just enter your life quietly, they burst through the door, grab your hand, and say, “Let’s go. You’ve got this.” ~ That’s Sami 💪🏼

Sami’s energy isn’t just big, it’s ELECTRIC⚡️ It changes people.

She’s the kind of person who lights up every room she walks into. The one who believes in you long before you believe in yourself. The one who built peachyfitbyronbay and Strong Pilates Byron Bay from the ground up with her amazing sister Elle by her side, while still pouring herself into 1:1 training, motivating, and lifting people higher.

It was only a few short weeks after we filmed this interview that Sami received news none of us were ready for: Stage 4 cancer.

Rather than reflecting on the challenges Sami has already overcome, as we’ve done in previous Life Unscripted stories, this moment is unfolding right now. This is life, truly unscripted. We wanted to capture how Sami radiates positivity, pours her energy into everything she does, and loves her community fiercely. This video shows her exactly as she is: fierce, motivated, driven, and utterly unstoppable.

This is not the end of her story, this is the fight she will win, so she can get back to doing what she loves and leading from the front.

💛 Watch this. Feel her magic. Sami & Elle’s unbreakable sisterly bond. And if you can, help Sami fight. Every bit matters. The link to donate to Samis fight for her life is in the bio.

📅 This Saturday, August 16: Join “Strong for Sami” SWEAT class at your local Strong Pilates studio. Every dollar raised goes directly to Sami for urgent treatment.

It’s okay to be a work in progress. 💛

Life isn’t about being perfect or “having it all together.” It’s about growing, learning, and becoming the best version of yourself, one step at a time. 🌱

Here’s why being a work in progress is powerful:

✨ Growth is a journey: Every challenge, setback, or success helps you learn more about yourself. You don’t need to rush, progress happens at your own pace.

✨ Perfection isn’t the goal: It’s okay to make mistakes or feel uncertain. Embracing imperfection is part of being human, and it opens the door to self-compassion and acceptance.

✨ Seeking help is strength: Being a work in progress doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out alone. Reaching out for support is a courageous step toward building a life you love.

At MeHelp, we believe in progress over perfection. Our experienced psychologists are here to guide and support you on your journey, whether you’re navigating challenges, setting new goals, or simply seeking to improve your mental health and well-being.

💬 You don’t have to do it alone. Let us help you turn your progress into a life designed just for you.

📲 Visit MeHelp.com.au today to start your journey. It’s okay to be a work in progress, we’re here to support you every step of the way. 💕

Taking control starts with small, intentional steps:

✔️ Asking for support when you need it.

Building a life that aligns with your values isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. At MeHelp, we’re here to guide you. Our experienced psychologists provide the tools and support you need to navigate challenges, clarify your goals, and move toward a life designed by YOU.

Struggling to get a good night’s sleep? 💤

1️⃣ Maintain a consistent sleep schedule:
Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day—even on weekends. Consistency helps regulate your body’s internal clock, making it easier to drift off and wake up naturally. Over time, this improves your sleep quality and energy levels.

2️⃣ Get more sunlight during the day:
Exposure to natural light boosts your body’s production of Vitamin D and helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm). This can improve your mood, energy, and ability to sleep soundly at night. Spend at least 10-15 minutes outside daily, bonus if it’s in the morning!

3️⃣ Limit screen use before bed:
The blue light from phones, tablets, and TVs tricks your brain into thinking it’s still daytime, suppressing melatonin, the hormone that makes you sleepy. Switch off screens at least 30-60 minutes before bed and opt for calming activities like reading or meditating instead.

4️⃣ Make exercise part of your daily routine:
Even light movement, like a short walk or stretching, can lower stress levels, improve mood, and help your body relax by bedtime. Regular physical activity keeps your body in balance and promotes deeper, more restorative sleep.

Better sleep = better health, mood, and energy. Start small with these tips, and see how they transform your rest. 🛌💤
