Last week was a big week, and even if it didn't all go as planned, you made it through. That matters.
You don't always have to push harder or do more. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause. Rest. Let the world move without you for a little while.
This week, give yourself permission to breathe, to be, to feel safe in slowing down. Because healing doesn't happen in the rush, it happens in the stillness.
